Hi, my name is Karen Grace, my business is Graceful Health and I live in Reigate, Surrey.

I qualified with a Diploma in Personal Training in 2003 . Since then, I have qualified as a Nordic Walking Instructor with Nordic Walking UK. and am one of only a few providing this brilliant form of real exercise in the local area.

As well as Nordic Walking I am also qualified in Pilates and practice various forms of massage. Please contact me for further details on these. I have all the necessary First Aid training.

Nordic Walking

I am now celebrating 10 years of leading groups of Nordic walkers in our beautiful Surrey countryside and am enjoying it today as much as when I started.

My Nordic Walking classes are healthy, sociable and outdoor - the perfect all-round exercise for both men and women of all ages and abilities.

I run regular Introductory Sessions and hold several walks weekly across beautiful parts of our local countryside. These generally take place Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings and Thursday evenings during the summer months. Each walk varies in length and difficulty, building up to about five miles and approx one and a half hours in duration.

My clients come from the local surrounding villages such as Newdigate, Redhill, Horley, Crawley, Dorking, Leatherhead, Banstead, Gatwick and Reigate.

Nordic Walking Poles are available.  Just arrive with good fitting pair of outdoor shoes, gloves and light layers of clothing depending on the weather forecast. Bring a rucksack or bum bag to carry all personal items, water, snacks etc....your arms will be occupied with the poles!
